Global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application ManagerGermanyFor the global IT department located in Pforzheim or Wetzikon, we are looking for an experienced and qualified Global Service Manager / Scrum Master ERP & CRM.Main activitiesContribution to the design of IT services based on the guidelines of the IT strategyResponsibility for strategic planning and quality management of IT servicesEnsuring quality, security, and compliance according to company guidelinesProvision of necessary IT governance informationMaintenance and continuous development of globally harmonized IT services to ensure smooth and secure operationsPreparation and explanation of complex management reports as neededDesigning and implementing cross-company service continuity management processesEnsuring smooth service operation (operations, communication, database, and application software)Change management and project management, supporting projectsAdherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)Integration of services from external service providersYour profileHold a Bachelor/Master’s degree of applied science3 and more years of solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM, former D365 CE)Knowledge in the Microsoft Power Platform products (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate etc.) is a plusKnowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (ERP) and/or its integration to CRM is a plus3 and more years of experience in manufacturing industryExperience working in close cooperation with the business as well as leading external partnersIn-depth knowledge of business applications, data management and ICT infrastructure in complex international IT environmentsAbility to analyze and troubleshoot problemsAbility to provide accurate work estimates and meet deadlines.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment.English spoken and written (German is an advantage)Willing to work flexible hours.Willing to travelWhat we offerYou can expect an interesting, varied and independent area of responsibility in an international and successful company in the electronics industry.
