Production Engineering Specialist (80 - 100%)

Please do not contact the recruiter directly.This position reports to Production Engineering Manager.Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for engineering of electronic products according to the required technical specification, during product development and/or active products technical improvement. The work model for the role is: #onsite. You will be mainly accountable for:Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.Lead and manage cost analysis on electric components (especially pcb).Lead and manage projects and activities during the life cycle of the electronic products after the release for production.Manage all products variants and customization requests in accordance with the ABB gate model from the request to the release for production. Work closely with product manager, operation, sales units, and development teams, providing the best solution to fulfill the business case and customer satisfaction in terms of response and delivery time, quality, cost, and product performance. You will join a brand new high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications For The RoleDegree in Electric/Electronic Engineering (3 or 5 years).5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing engineering.Very good knowledge of English language.Proficient in MS Office and 2D/3D CAD systems (CREO and/or SolidWorks required) is preferred.Positive spirit, proactivity, team working, speediness, and problem-solving orientation; commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility for assigned tasks and projects.Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is appreciated.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
