Transforming knowledge into a strategic resource is our company mission, and we pursue it with the help of our most strategic asset: our people.For our Lugano Branch (Switzerland) we are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer to join an international project based in Bellinzona.Responsibilities and DutiesProvides technical leadership throughout all stages of the software life cycle, with a strong focus on the build phase and testing. This includes meticulous attention to configuration, integration, and delivery of products to ensure robust and efficient software performance.Analysis of business requirements and design of technical solutions and documentation.Ensure implementation of software applications based on microservices.Setup and run the technical testing phases (test automation, unit tests, integration tests,…).Communication with internal and external resources and partners at all levels in a multi-lingual environment.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's/Master's degree preferably in computer science or engineering.At least 5 years of experience in JAVA.Solid hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber.Strong experience in software implementation with Spring Boot, Spring core, JMS, JPA, REST WS, SOAP, JBOSS EA.Advanced knowledge of messaging frameworks (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Apache ActiveMQ, IBM MQ).Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.Good command of spoken and written Italian and English is a must.Strong analytical and conceptual skills reinforced by a structured problem-solving approach.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology is a plus.Location RequirementWe do not offer a fully remote work policy.Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese, etc.).Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy.Do not hesitate and apply now!Our personnel search is addressed to candidates of all genders.The data will be processed and stored exclusively for the purposes of this or future selections, in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Law (LPD) and guaranteeing the rights referred to in art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). #J-18808-Ljbffr
