Currently, we, EMS Electro Medical Systems Gmb H, based in Munich, are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) for the Netherlands100% remote (full-time)These are your tasks: As a competent contact person (m/f/d), you will support our Dutch customers with telephone enquiries about our products for dental practices. You will act as our figurehead, provide professional assistance, and represent our friendly company. You will be responsible for service-oriented commercial processing and administrative support for sales campaigns and ordering. Maintaining our merchandise management and CRM system is part of your daily business. You form the internal interface to other customer-oriented departments. What we are looking for: Ideally, you have completed training with a (dental) medical, technical, or commercial focus (e.g. medical technology, MTA, ZFA, industrial clerk, or similar). You have already gained initial experience in inbound telephony, telephone customer care, or customer advice. You can identify very well with our Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) concept and the field of oral hygiene. You have a talent for communication and a flair for dealing with different personalities. Your approach is service- and goal-oriented: you like to work out a practicable solution. You are a team player through and through. You are used to working with MS Office applications.
