This position is open for Lausanne, Paris, Zurich or Milano.Job DescriptionAdministrative management:Respect and follow the project contractRespond to the demands of the Client within the contract frame to guarantee satisfactionManage addenda in case of additional demands of the ClientPlan the project in terms of deadlines, resources, costsFollow-up the planning and make sure that the deadlines are metOrganize, lead and document project meetingsPropose and enforce appropriate measures in case of issuesInform the Client about the progress of the projectManage partners and subconsultantsClose and archive the projectFinancial management:Invoice the services according to the contractFollow-up the cashing of the invoices, prepare the necessary remindersPrepare the monthly WIP and quarterly RAF reportsTechnical management:Coordinate the technical options of the projectAssure the technical quality of the projectDecide the options in case of technical conflictHuman resources management:Plan the suitable resources on the projectSupport the project team in its workQuality Management:Keep the project file updatedPrepare the Quality Plan of the projectOrganize all the reviews requested by the Quality Management SystemQualificationsHydropower background and more than 15 years’ work experience from power utilities, engineering companies or power sector consulting companiesOpen mind and enthusiasm about hydropowerHigher professional degree in civil engineering (B.Sc. or higher)Degree in Project Management would be a strong assetPreferably experience in management of hydropower projects, incl. experience in client interaction and capability to meet deadlinesExperience with international contracting (e.g. FIDIC) as well as EPCMWillingness to travel worldwideExcellent report writing, presentation and verbal communication skillsFluency in EnglishFrench, German or Italian an assetAdditional InformationAn open minded and motivated teamFlexible working conditions allowing for suitable work-life balanceExciting projects and career development opportunitiesAdvantageous company pension schemePerspective of career development and training programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
