IT Support Specialist (French and English Speaker) - 59801Categories: SupportDescription:Junior IT Support SpecialistTo reinforce our client's team in Geneva, we are looking for a junior IT Support Specialist, someone with 1 to 3-4 years of experience looking for a long-term role.This role would be perfect for a junior IT Support Specialist looking to acquire more IT skills in a professional/international environment. English is the official language, but French is also mandatory.Ideally, candidates should either be based in Switzerland or already living in France near the Swiss border. We are happy to sponsor a work permit if you have European nationality.The role is mainly that of an IT Support Specialist, from level 1 to level 2:Preparation/installation of PCs and phones/hardware for new employees.Prepare and support audio and conference rooms when needed.Manage the hardware and software incoming calls from the hotline.If needed, be ready to support VIPs and provide assistance to the best of your knowledge.Excellent soft skills on top of good knowledge of usual IT Support tasks are required.We need at least 1 person to start in the course of January 2024.
