Testing Automation Lead, Next Generation Transformation

Position Overview As a part of Ralph Lauren's Next Generation Transformation (NGT), the core operating systems of the company (SAP, Island Pacific and Microsoft D365) will be replaced with a common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution enabling the Ralph Lauren team to continue delivering competitive advantages in our next great chapter and beyond. We are looking for the ERP Testing Automation Lead to join the Program Initiation Team, who will work closely with business function process leads, IT domain leaders, and ERP vendor representatives. This role will focus on defining the strategy for automated testing of the NGT ERP solution and the associated edge systems, creating a plan to implement it, and ensuring an automated testing capability exists within RL to support the project.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities The responsibilities of the ERP Testing Automation Lead include: Creation of a detailed understanding of the current RL IT AS-IS application and infrastructure environment across all 3 regions. Definition of the migration package, toolset, scope and approach for the new platform rollout. Finalization of the scope of the TO-BE ERP system, including dependencies on edge systems. Creation of an automated testing strategy to speed up acceptance of the systems and increase quality. Collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure clear requirements for testing the NGT ERP and Edge systems. Definition of the team structure and skills required to support ongoing operations. Preparation of various teams for the upcoming mobilization.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge Minimum 8+ years of experience with a proven track record in a related role. Experience within an SAP AFS and/or S4 environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for strategic decisions. Ability to engage with and influence senior executives. Can be based in UK/CH/NY/NJ.
