Deputy Boutique Director

Mastery of French and English is required, and a third language will be a strong plus. What are we expecting from you? Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be his relay on all boutique activities to drive its performance, develop team members, and run in-store operations. As part of the management team of the boutique, your role will be to: Drive business – co-manage the team, set priorities and objectives, monitor sales trends and key performance indicators, and follow client satisfaction. Offer an outstanding experience – ensure all clients feel welcomed and cared for. Ensure a high level of service – support customer service activities and maximize the in-store experience. Develop the team – unite the team behind common goals, coach team members, follow up on improvements, participate in the recruitment process, and nurture the team’s knowledge.
