With generations of experience as Official Timekeeper of World Championships and as a partner of international sports federations, Longines has created lasting and durable links to the world of sport.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Head of Retail for our Sales Department.Role OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional leader with a deep passion for retail and luxury goods to define and execute our international retail strategy for a leading luxury watch brand. As the Head of Retail, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to implement a customer-oriented retail development of our brand and spread the exclusive elegance of our timepieces worldwide.In this role, your main tasks will be to:Implement a collaborative, out-of-the-box, and customer focus mindset across all teams and countries.Develop with Marketing international a retail strategy in terms of activations of the boutiques especially after the openings focused on end-customers.Transmit retail competences to sales staff.Establish retail standards.Lead an international team of retail managers to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets on a global scale.Implement a global retail network strategy.Develop and implement a top-tier retail strategy for international markets to maximize sales growth and market penetration of our luxury watches.Identify with the local Brand Manager market opportunities and develop expansion plans, considering actual distribution, culture, trends, and competition, group and brand strategy.Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to effectively measure the success of the global retail strategy.Analyze KPI, headcount needs and propose actions.Follow up with the Boutiques on the retail operation strategy in terms of security procedures, how to merchandise, sell, present, etc.Prepare and follow up all Corporate Boutique and SIS future projects through the SG guidelines for the retail committee.Monitor the RMIS information.ProfileRetail professional profileBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Several years of experience in international luxury retail, preferably in the luxury goods or watches industry.Proven track record in developing and implementing retail strategies and building and leading international teams.Professional RequirementsExcellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with retail partners.Exceptional communicator.Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.LanguagesExcellent communication skills in English.Proficiency in other languages is advantageous.Job Location: Switzerland (Bern), Rue des Noyettes 1, 2610, St-Imier.Company Address: Longines Watch Co.
