Senior Private Banker – CH Onshore Executive Partners Ltd is a Swiss Recruiting company for Swiss and International Private Banks, Wealth Management, External Asset Management Firms, Family Offices, Fund Managers and Trading companies. This role is for a prestigious Swiss Bank looking to expand their team in Zurich, Geneva or Lausanne with a market coverage focused in the CH Onshore market. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Responsible for managing and developing a private client portfolio consisting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals originating from Switzerland. Developing and sustaining relationships in the region with frequent traveling to prospect new business and meet clients. Advising clients on portfolio management, asset allocation, and other traditional and alternative investments. Working closely with investment advisory, compliance, and execution teams. Role reports to the Managing Director. Key Qualifications / Experience Proven track record of a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients. Continuous professional career development in a prestigious bank. Excellent relationships with HNW and UHNW clients in the Zurich, Geneva, or Lausanne regions. Outstanding network in the private banking industry to support our growth strategy and to push the development agenda for revenue and NNA. Skills to acquire HNW and UHNW clients through referrals and own network by actively approaching potential clients. Excellent track record of revenue generation (ROA) and asset acquisition (NNM). A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards who is decisive, innovative, and able to cope under pressure. High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in-line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies. MBA or degree from a university or an institute of higher education. Fluent in French and English. Located in Zurich, Geneva, or Lausanne. #J-18808-Ljbffr
