Safra Sarasin, you are an experienced change manager who is keen to build on your competency in managing complex projects in the area of sustainability and related regulations, providing end-to-end implementation of regulations such as CSRD for affected Swiss and international entities. While the initial focus will be on sustainability, a later diversification into other areas is possible.Your responsibilitiesConduct gap analysis and solution development, as well as implementation and documentation of key regulatory sustainability projects throughout our banking group.Develop and communicate conceptual approaches verbally and through written documentation, prepare solution options, and document the outcome.Conduct requirement analysis and detailed gap assessments, creating business requirement documents that translate conceptual business requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to IT developers and stakeholders.Support implementation and rollout processes, including testing and training.Coordinate stakeholders with close collaboration with key functions across the bank, particularly IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Asset Management, and Private Banking Units across multiple locations globally.Your profileHigher education (university / FH) in Business or Finance.At least 5 years of practical experience in Project Management in Swiss Private Banks or a leading consultancy firm.Experience in implementing sustainability or reporting-related regulations.Knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage.Ability to weigh problems and set priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Hands-on mentality.Fluency in English.Please note that only direct applications will be considered.Please note that if you submit your application, Bank J.
