We employ over 300,000 people worldwide and are dedicated to building a zero-emission ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and workforce planning.Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Swiss labor laws and organizational standards.Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process for senior roles, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs.Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance review processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR activities comply with Swiss labor laws, GDPR regulations, and internal policies. Handle issues related to employee contracts, compensation, and terminations.Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and track key HR metrics.Change Management: Lead or support HR-related change initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers, or new policy implementations.Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion strategies to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and action plans to improve organizational morale.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an international or Swiss organization.Deep understanding of Swiss labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy implementation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior management and employees at all levels.Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
