To run our HR operations from A-Z, we are looking for an experienced (>4 years): HR Lead 80-100% Your Responsibilities: International Recruitment and Applicant Management: Handling global recruitment processes and administrative tasks. Global HR Operations Administration: Managing HR processes A-Z. HR Development: Overseeing training, development programs, and succession planning. Staff Records Maintenance: Updating and ensuring the accuracy of employee records. Strategic Planning and Implementation: Contributing to strategic HR planning and aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. Implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational growth. Assistance & Projects: Supporting various HR projects and general company initiatives. Skills and Experience you bring along: Federal diploma as HR Specialist (Personalfachfrau/-mann) or higher education in Business Administration Sound experience in recruiting and general human resources – at least 4 years and ideally in a multinational environment.
