Agile Coach (Contract)

Oliver James have partnered with a leading financial services client in Zurich, Switzerland to support them in finding an Agile Consultant to enhance their Agile working practices while managing and improving Kanban processes.Acting as both the Agile Coach & Kanban Master, the role combines the responsibilities of coaching teams in Agile methodologies and managing the Kanban flow, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality work in an efficient manner.
