You, too, will be stimulated in our special working environment – one in which, wherever you are, you’ll always feel: Truly SWISS .... where people matter. www.swiss.com Tasks Take over responsibility for the service portfolio of one of our major IT Service Provider Define and monitor application & infrastructure SLAs/KPIs of our providers and application management service partners Act as a consultant for our business & IT in the domain-specific value streams and projects Manage & optimize IT assets and their costs Ensure IT services comply with security standards and are delivered according to governance Manage escalations toward our providers Plan, oversee & document regular Disaster Recovery Tests Actively steer lifecycle topics (e.g., infrastructure, operating system, and middleware) Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology and update the IT community Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on IT Service Management or a similar role Proficient with on premise provider offerings and cloud computing concepts such as infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS) Experience in license management and an affinity for financial topics is a plus Structured, customer-centric team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in German and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
