Swiss Fund Representative (temporary)

For our client, a well-known international bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Swiss Fund Representative (4-6 months).Job description Review and drafting of marketing documentsAcquisition of new clientsReviewing and monitoring fund documentation and ensuring its conformity with Swiss regulatory requirementsDrafting and negotiating agreements (like Representative, Paying Agent, and Distribution Agreements)Drafting and coordinate request to the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA)Responding to existing client’s enquiry in regards of distribution of foreign collective investment schemesKYC/due diligence: collection of required documents/information from client, input and submit on KYC PlatformMonitoring of distribution partnersMonitoring of local regulations and supporting to implement new regulations Profile Banking apprenticeship or similar3-5 years of relevant professional experience in SwitzerlandLegal or paralegal background desiredKnowledge of and experience with collective investment schemesService- and client-oriented way of workingGerman and English fluently in both speaking and writing
