Safra Sarasin in Zurich, you are an ambitious individual who is seeking to contribute to the Bank’s success and provide permanent service to the Bank’s front units.Your responsibilitiesSupport CRMs in overall day-to-day businessAccount openings, closings and other documentationPrepare client meetings, events, and business tripsMonitor client portfolios, handling client orders in the absence of CRMs, asset maturities, and corporate actionsHelp to prepare internal research publicationsDealing with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.Creating KYC files with the support of the CRM and managing the accounts opening and closing processOther administrative tasks and ad-hoc requestsYour profileSuccessfully completed bank apprenticeship and/or Bachelor in Banking and FinanceAt least 5 years of professional experience in a front office support roleSolid knowledge of Microsoft tools as well as knowledge of Avaloq and BloombergDetail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and proactivity alongside strong customer service ethicsFluency in English and German; other languages (Spanish or French) would be an advantageAgencies, please note that only direct applications will be considered.Please note that if you submit your application, Bank J.
