Your responsibilities Ownership and management of the recruitment process focusing on an optimal experience of both the candidates and hiring managers also for the Tact Time Recruiting Trial days and onboarding execution together with the training team in Wohlen Being first point of contact for our candidates and our company’s cultural ambassador Contributing actively to both developing and reaching our team goals and company vision Your skills Recruiting experience in SCM/ logistics Proficiency in German and English language (Recruiting team meetings will be in English) Strong communication and negotiation skills Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals Building trust through consistent and reliable actions Utilizing emotional intelligence to foster people-centered approaches Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships Why start with us?
