Office Administrator

Your Role As a BlueCallom Office Administrator, you will be wearing different hats. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who can manage a diverse range of tasks with precision and professionalism. One of the key roles is to be a first point of contact between customers, partners, vendors, media and the market in general. You will be instrumental in facilitating internal and external communications, coordinating day-to-day activities, and supporting key business functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about AI-driven innovation. Any experience in taking care of business reporting, financials and budgets is a plus. Experience and Requirement Above average curiosity, communication skills, competitiveness, fast responder, creativity, fast learner, instant autonomous engagement Excellent communication skills in German and English Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in a tech or start-up environment Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience preparing management reports, with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel) Social Media affinity Responsibilities As Office Administrator you will: Arrange meetings and calls Be the first point of contact Manage customer communication (calls and mail) Coordinate marketing production logistics Assist with event organization Conduct general research Prepare financials and budgets for bookkeeping Prepare leadership presentations Generate management reports Your Talent We look for talents not certificates.
