Our client is a growing single-family office based in the city of Zug and manages an international group of companies known as Reggeborgh. To strengthen the tax team, we are looking for a committed
(Senior) Tax consultant 80% - 100% (m/f)
starting immediately or by agreement.
We are hiring a dedicated new colleague who’s not afraid to meet complex tax matters and is interested in working within a corporate group with activities in Europe, the UK and North America. The activities include investments in constructions, real estate, (renewable) energy, private equity and liquid assets.
Reporting to the Chief Tax in the Netherlands with key relation to the Finance department in Zug, this role involves being responsible for all Swiss business tax matters of the group with the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and to gain valuable insights into the wealth management sector.
Tasks Responsibilities:
Calculation of corporate income tax accruals
Calculation of deferred tax positions for group reporting purposes
Monitoring and assessment of possible Swiss tax risks, overall and per transaction
Preparation and submission of tax returns/declarations regarding corporate income tax, VAT, WHT and stamp duty
Tracking of provisional and final corporate income tax invoices
Drafting tax rulings and communicate with SFTA on these rulings
Support of our Chief Tax in international projects
Inform Chief Tax on relevant changes of regulatory environment
Requirements Your Profile:
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Law
Diploma as Swiss Certified Tax Expert (eidg.dipl. Steuerexperte) preferred
At least 5 years of relevant experience in an auditing and tax consultancy firm or inside an international company
Familiarity with Swiss accounting and reporting standards is a plus
Reliable and committed to deliver high quality results
IT savvy with strong proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel. Knowledge of accounting software Abacus is a plus
Good knowledge of English (corporate language) and German
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
