Main duties

We are looking for a

Group Communication Leader

to join our HQ-team on a part-time basis (60%).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external communication, with a strong focus on internal initiatives to strengthen engagement and brand presence.

You will lead efforts across various communication channels, supporting both our internal associates and external media engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communication: Manage internal communication channels, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across the organization.

Newsletter Creation: Write, design, and distribute internal newsletters that inform, motivate, and align our associates with company goals.

Event Organization: Organize and host internal Town Halls and other engaging events to foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.

External Communication & Media Work: Manage external communication, including media relations and outreach. Develop media content to enhance Company visibility.

Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content

Press Releases: Draft, review, and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets, ensuring accurate and effective communication of company updates.

Hands-on Approach: Take a proactive, hands-on role in managing communication projects, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on excellence.

Profile

Requirements:

Languages: English & German

Experience: Previous experience in internal and external communications, media relations, and event organization.

Skills: Writing and editing skills, creative thinking, and a hands-on approach to communication tasks.
