For a dynamic online company, we're looking for a Category Manager. The person will identify and onboard new products with bestseller and high-profit potential.Main responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and select new products considering market trends, customer demand, and profitability.Work closely with suppliers and internal teams.Develop and maintain product scorecards that assess items based on various performance metrics, including sales, customer reviews, return rates, and compliance with quality standards.Regularly review and update the online catalogue to ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for search and conversion.Manage product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Conduct market analysis.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, buying, or catalogue management within an e-commerce or retail environment.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product trends and customer preferences.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.We believe in making the recruitment process as human and personal as possible.
