We are assisting them in finding a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Junior Sales Representative.Position Overview:We are looking for a Sales Representative with at least one year of experience to support the sales team in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, preferably from a prestigious institution such as EHL, or a related field. A native Swiss German speaker with fluent English and an entrepreneurial mindset will thrive in this role.Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand the client base.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Qualifications:German native, English fluent, Italian native is a big plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Experience in cold calling / client acquisition is a must-have.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from EHL or a similar prestigious institution, or a related field.Native Swiss German speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong understanding of the food industry and market dynamics.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an advantage.What is Offered:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Exposure to a broad network.
