The headquarters are located in Haag (Switzerland), with production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania, and Taiwan.Our Team In Haag, Switzerland Is Looking For YouBusiness Strategy Planning ManagerYOUR CHALLENGESCoordinate product marketing tasks and initiatives across SSG BUs, e.g., common presentation materials for promotions, TRMs, QBRs, etc.Consolidate competitor and market analysis for the SSG business.Support and coordinate the strategic and tactical planning process for SSG, owning and driving subsets of strategy definition and planning tasks.Support the strategy deployment process, including the target setting process.Support the leadership team in enhancing the organization’s productivity by applying best practices and contributing with ideas and initiatives based on observations and assessments.Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that the organization’s priorities are met, including follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.Prepare reports and presentations.Support and prepare effective communication for SSG.Prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings.Conduct research, gather, and process information to support the decision-making process.Manage special projects with strategic and cross-functional focus as well as ad-hoc requests.YOUR COMPETENCIESBachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, or economy.Master's degree preferred.Fluent business English skills, written and spoken.4+ years of working experience in the respective market sector.Years of experience in the vacuum industry.Sales and marketing experience.Interested?
