With technology, we turn spontaneous thoughts into meaningful experiences, helping people travel the world.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HR & Payroll Systems Manager to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveler's journey for millions of holidaymakers. This role ensures the effective management of payroll processes, HR data integrity, and system improvements.Keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.The job in brief:Team - You will join the People System & Payroll team managing a team of 4 people. You will report to the Chief People Officer.Level - Managerial (Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources)Contract - Permanent (36 h/week)Working model - hybridWhat your impact will beHRIS Management:Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HRIS.Ensure data integrity, system security, and system upgrades.Manage the integration of various HR systems and processes.Develop and generate reports and dashboards to support HR and business needs.Closely works with our application engineering & finance team for any process improvement and/or integration.Payroll Administration:Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.Coordinate & support Local HR for any payroll issues.Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting departments to ensure proper payroll funding and reporting.Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.Managing relationships with external vendors and payroll providers.System Optimization:Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR and payroll systems.Lead system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and efficiencyHR Administration:Support HR team with employee data management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Closely work with our HRBP team for any employees’ requests and/or supportQualificationsYour expertise10+ years of experience in HRIS management and payroll administration.Strong knowledge or Italian and/or Swiss employments laws (both are a strong plus)Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems, such as (HRI).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in data management, reporting, and analysis.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proven experience in people and lead managementAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Additional InformationPerks of working with us:How we work together:- An inclusive, friendly, and international environment (you’ll be working with colleagues from +10 countries and over 48 nationalities)- Shorter working week (36h), with a half working day on Fridays- Flexible start and end of the working day (with core hours from 10:00 to 4:00 pm)- Possibility to work from anywhere for a period per year defined according to local regulationsHow we learn together:- Fri-Yays: half a day on Friday morning with a no-meeting mandate and dedicated to personal growth, learning and training- Access to e-learning platforms (e.g. Discovery, O’reilly - depending on the department), professional and managerial skills development training pathsOther perks:- 2 paid days off per year for volunteering purposes- Occasional social events to foster connections among colleagues- Travel industry discounts and flash exclusive staff fares- We support our employees through life's significant moments with leave options (e.g parental responsibilities, marriages, bereavements, relocations, etc.) in line with local laws.Wish you were here?
