This role will be based in Switzerland and will cover Switzerland, Austria, and France. The primary reporting line will be to the HR Director DACH based in Germany, with a dotted reporting line to the General Manager of Switzerland. Your key responsibilities in this role will be: Implement and monitor HR processes across operations in Switzerland, Austria, and France Provide comprehensive HR support to various departments, acting as an advisor to leadership on HR matters Champion employee experience and organizational culture Drive HR strategy and organizational success across the assigned region Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute HR programs and initiatives Manage HR functions from hire to retire, acting as a change agent and HR ambassador Support headcount planning and people development programs Ensure compliance with local employment laws in the covered countries What makes you the best person for this job?As you read about the role, are you eager to learn more?
