Join us as a Your main responsibilities Your future challenges include: Mechanical Concepts: Develop new mechanical concepts for controls and drive inverters in collaboration with the team.3 D CAD Design: Design devices and controls using 3 D CAD software. Design Verification: Validate designs through structural checks, thermal simulations, space and tolerance analysis. Compliance: Ensure that electro-mechanical systems and components comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Concurrent Engineering: Implement concurrent engineering practices to address quality, industrialization, and cost considerations from the product creation phase. What you bring You are a self-motivated and result-oriented, highly responsible, and reliable team player. Your process-oriented way of thinking is paired with your analytical way of working. Bachelor’s degree as Engineer At least 6 years of experience in 3 D CAD engineering and developing electro-mechanical components, systems, or technologies. At least 3 years’ experience in industrialization and quality assurance processes. Fluent in Italian and English, German is a plus.
