In this role, you will be an integral part of the Hotel Leadership team, making key strategic and operational decisions to maximize hotel profitability. Your main responsibilities will include providing accurate financial information, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and developing Finance staff to support the growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis with integrity and accuracyPrepare comprehensive monthly financial reports in accordance with accounting principlesMaintain files on contracts, leases, and agreements to ensure complianceMonitor and manage labor costs effectivelyPrepare forecasts and budgets as requiredMentor and develop finance employeesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and auditorsConduct department meetings and communicate effectivelyAssist in establishing policies and internal controlsRequirements:3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with a management companyHigh level of integrity and transparencyStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French and EnglishWorking knowledge of accounting principles and hotel operationsStrategic, analytical, and solid business acumen #J-18808-Ljbffr
