Business Analyst (Management Consulting)

We are looking for experienced and motivated Business Analysts to join our lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands!

The Business Analyst will join our established team and work on innovative projects for our clients predominantly in the Financial Services and Fintech sectors. Collaborating closely with colleagues across other FORFIRM business units, the Business Analyst will define and analyse requirements, working to create future-proof solutions.

Main tasks: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for new projects or process improvements Solution Design: Work closely with our external providers to design solutions that align with business goals Create functional specifications and user stories Project Management: Be responsible in project planning, scope definition, and resource allocation Coordinate internal resources and vendors focusing on project delivery on time and within budget Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and other relevant teams Translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders Testing and Quality Assurance: Verify adherence of implemented solutions with business requirements Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues Change Management: Assist in change initiatives by preparing training materials and facilitating user adoption Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in the financial sector of consultancy firms Fluent in Italian and English.
