Automation Engineer (M/F/D)

We are hiring an Automation Engineer Lead for a global leader in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing. This innovative company has a strong presence worldwide, specialising in peptides and APIs for research and clinical use. They are building a new facility looking to implement and scale automation systems to increase capacity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain automation software, focusing on Siemens PCS7 systems.Provide advanced support for PCS7, including WinCC and Simatic Batch, ensuring best practices.Collaborate with engineering teams on automation projects and system startups.Support testing, simulation, and validation processes.Assist in process documentation, risk assessments, and system upgrades.Qualifications:Degree in automation engineering, process engineering, or similar field.Experience with process control systems (ideally Siemens PCS7).Strong understanding of automation requirements and technical specifications.Familiarity with ISA88, GMP, and Pharma standards.Knowledge of electrical diagrams, P&ID, and network topologies.Preferred:German language skills.IT/OT knowledge, including networking and virtualisation.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.What We Offer:A fast-growing work environment with career development opportunities.Flexible working hours and home office options.Competitive benefits, including pension coverage and access to employee discounts.On-site healthy food options and free sports activities.Apply directly or reach out. #J-18808-Ljbffr
