This role will allow you to be at the pulse of On's growth, providing support to our two Founders and Executive Co-Chairmen. This role is for someone passionate about creating a seamless operational environment, with significant exposure to the Board of Directors, senior leadership and the opportunity to support in varying business critical topics. You will drive strategic initiatives, enhance organizational efficiency, and ensure seamless communication across various business areas. You will be working in a cross-functional setup, collaborating with many different stakeholders and playing a pivotal role in steering key projects and operational topics.Your missionProvide comprehensive support to the two Founders in their roles as Executive Co-Chairmen, including preparing the Board of Directors meetings, aligning with and preparing for the Executive Leadership Board, and lead or support projects in the areas of R&D, product strategy, design and brand.Take the lead on preparing the Board of Directors meetings, including leading the compilation of pre-reads and documents.Steer and facilitate topics for the Board of Directors, ensuring effective communication.Support in preparing for bi-annual global summits and various workshops.Support in preparing talking points and scripts.Act as a sparring partner to the Co-Chairmen and executive team, translating strategic ideas into actionable plans and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.Collaborate closely with the Co-CEOs and other EVPs on executive-level topics, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.Drive key strategic and operational initiatives across various functions.Facilitate cross-functional projects that require input from business and operational functions.Support the development of the strategy, in collaboration with many business functions.Prioritize tasks, meetings and projects, ensuring that key initiatives are addressed effectively and efficiently.Prepare and follow up on important meetings, including weekly management meetings, and strategy off-sites with the wider leadership team.Promote a culture of transparency and open communication, fostering a collaborative environment.Enable team efficiency by driving frameworks, work processes, and platforms across functions.Prepare agendas, briefings, materials, and presentations.Take on cross-functional challenges as they emerge.Your storyExtensive experience and a strong track record of working closely with senior leaders and the Board of Directors.Background as a Chief of Staff, Strategic Consultant, Head of Strategy, or in other relevant roles.Confidence to think and act independently, with the ability to effectively present ideas and initiatives to the wider organization and senior stakeholders.Strong operational mindset with meticulous attention to detail, able to proactively problem solve, and handle multiple topics simultaneously.Structured, reliable, and analytical approach, with the ability to gather and assess necessary information to make informed business decisions with high integrity and discretion.Ability to engage and navigate a diverse group of senior stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives.Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect easily with a diverse group of people; able to work independently while fostering collaboration through effective communication and leadership.Curious and adaptive mindset, thrive in challenging situations, and have an understanding of the complex business realities of a fast-growing and diverse brand.Strive for operational excellence, you are a doer and can problem solve.Ability to understand a complex, fast-growing business reality and the diverse, international communities.Narrative and copywriting skills with a keen affinity for creativity.Outstanding stakeholder and project management skills and experience working in a cross-functional environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; any other language skills are a plus.What We OfferOn is a place that is centered around growth and progress.
