Business Intelligence Analyst

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI EMEA team based in Stabio, Switzerland.Let’s talk about the role!As a BI Analyst, you have been already exposed to the BI subject matter, either at the University or in a first work experience. You will participate in the design and deployment of key strategic BI Solutions. You will support your Lead Manager in daily activities to ensure product adoption and contribute to the verification and continuous improvement of reporting data quality. Direct exposure to the end-user community is crucial in this role, as is an advanced ability to conceptualize and test solutions from source system to BI solutions.Job DetailsWe expect you to deliver unbeatable results while fulfilling the following aspects of the BI Analyst role:Gather and understand Business RequirementsTransform Business Requirements into Logical Data Models and high-level Technical RequirementsCommunicate the gathered information with the technical teamImplement reports as a SuperuserManage incidents and provide support to the Business Community in addressing their data/tools challengesSkills For SuccessTo succeed as a BI Analyst, you must translate our business objectives into a coherent BI design, follow up with the implementation team, double-check the final deliverables, and follow-up their adoption in the Business Community. Strong empathy and influencing skills will help you get both the business and the technical team on board.
